so this painting actually means something, kinda like deeeeepish?

what the girl is saying is

"get me away from here, ...im dieing."

a quote from the song... get me away from here.. im dieing ahhah by belle and sebastian.

the blue balls are rising upwards into this group of other balls, the girl is reaching out to grab one so it can take it with her, away from where she is.

the hair going up in swirls represents that she is wanting to go, just another hint i guess.
